Very convincingly carried out! Technically, it does not look one bit unlike one of my wife's periodicals. Or put differently, this could very well be mistaken for being the real thing! Not that this is going to help you in any way, but it makes me think of my sister, who has a whole walk-in closet full of shoes she can't wear after she had her first child, a little over a year ago... The sad part is: I'm not even exaggerating! --Olaf.dk

"Discerning Pak Rat"? haha That's great! Funny, but also very well captured Ralph!

This is great! The photo is impressive on its own, and the magazine headlines add to the humor. --Garrett

Well done, Ralph and you are lucky to have such a pretty model who has good ideas, too :-) Bee

LOL! This is really well done. I had to take a second look as it looks like a real magazine cover. I lack shoes as well since $ goes into lenses.. hubby competes with me with all his computer hardware though!

So well done. Of course I don't have that many shoes... I'm the one with the lenses. LOL But I really like the way you laid this out and the great expression on your wife's face. Ann C

Thanks everyone! Iso - no I haven't done anything with the backgrounds yet - this was shot with a white sheet stapled to one will and Irina sitting on a table with a white sheet draped over it. Any wrinkles that showed I photoshop'd out. This was a lot of fun to do and the original concept was Irina's - I just added some minor technical expertise.

Hehe - Irina looks great in this. It's well done and looks as if you've got your backgrounds sussed out Ralph. Good concept and humour.

I can identify with this Ralph. I've nicknamed my wife Amelda Markos. Great work. One of the best so far.

Cute! I love doing these!!! I even did one for my mother-in-law's birthday called "Bi-annual Mom" b/c she'd only cook twice a year, for the holidays! LOL! I got ahold of a snapshot of her in bed, just waking. They're a blast to do, aren't they! You did a great job on it! Excellent shot too. :) ~ Lonnit
