Thanks, that's a great suggestion! Incidentally, the look in his eye means he's had enough of posing, and proceeded to streak into the woods when I tried another view. :)

Craig: I like this. I think the "single stripe" composition works well with this subject. Gives it a sinister feel. Not certain if it would work any better, but I would at least play around with an off-center composition (methinks the right has more potential). Nice to see a cat in the gallery. :-) --Joe
