I think what is so compelling about this child is his straight at you stare and his colorless hair... This is a very interesting portrait and I really like it a great deal. It is more than just a "pretty baby" shot and shows the child to be a person of character. Ann C

Jim, another outstanding black and white from you! Maybe it's partly the title that got me into this line of thinking: this is almost scary - like something ain't right about the boy - like he is part alien or something... If that's what you were going for, then I find it absolutely amazing - if not - still a very interesting image! --Olaf

Very nice photograph Jim, love the grain in this one, it works beautifully. Like the fact that half the boy is in shadow and the title is very apt..... Vikas....
