The emotion in the painted face of that toy is heart wrenching. The subtle blue tones goes well with the mood. Excellently put together. Excuse me while I go cry!!

Not sure if you did the eyes, or they came that way on the toy, but it looks like it's afraid of going over the edge. Very funny! :) Nice image, and nice title.
