Thanks Trav, this is a local park and suburbia surrounds it. The only reason there is still bushland on the right side of the river is because it was an 'Ammunition Factory' with no-go zones around it.
No doubt those 'developers' will over time snap it up and cram in a thousand 'dog-boxes' and sell them as 'amazing river frontages' at grossly inflated prices.
