Well, my secretary really liked this shot...sooooo romantic....lol. I think I went a little too bright...but it remains a lovely shot. Thanks for being a good sport over this. Traveller

Hi Traveller I can see what you mean, I use a sony laptop so not a calibrated monitor. the negative space was in my head as an hour earlier there were hundreds of people here attending a jousting match, then there were two as one hence the shot Alex

Actually, it wasn't a brightness thing at all...just punch it up a little. Yours is certainly more natural, but I do prefer, for me, Leedscastle2C.jpg

I hope you don't mind me playing a little.

Best wishes, Traveller

I'm not sure there's much negative space in this otherwise excellent image...more worrisome to me is that it looks bright on my new-ish monitor, as if it could use some contrast and curves....if it looks fine on your monitor, one of has a problem.

I haven't sent much out for printing lately...so I don't know.

I played with yours a bit and posted it in Pending...i learned that we are using different color spaces....I have two versions, but only one will UL at the moment. You can see it in Pending.

In any case, I just nudged it a little....and maybe wish I had done more.

Best Wishes, traveller
