What a BUZZ Sharon, this really brings back lots of memories. Even down under, Woodstock was a significant chapter in the entertainment world. We were really into Dylan, Seeger, Baez etc. etc... in fact I have to admit, I still am!
Great take on the theme and well done. Holding onto the ticket in such pristine condition... a real collectors item.
Thank you, Pops, Mary Anne, Lydia, Nico and Michael! We tried to go on Friday and decided we didn't want to walk as far as we would have had to to get there so we went home and came back on Saturday with our bicycles. Biking the 5 miles into the festival was no problem. We spent the afternoon there and went home. We loved the music and crowds, it was quite an experience even so briefly! ~Sharon
Wow. I heard someone on the radio here in Melbourne recently saying that if all the people who claimed to have been at Woodstock had actually been there, the rest of the US would have been empty. Here's the proof in your case though Sharon. As Nico said, a distinctive take on the topic. Well done. Regards, Michael
Our oldest son, who was a preemie, was just a few months old at the time, and I don't think he's ever forgiven us for not going to Woodstock...and taking him along, of course! I imagine you've got some interesting stories to tell, Sharon. Hard to believe that so many years have passed.

I would have been there 'cept my oldest son was born the day before and I figured it would be better to stay at the wife's side.
So, if they held Woodstock today, how much would the tickets cost? (hint - remove the decimal point)
