Nicely done. The simple background and solid color top focus attention on the bright colors and lines.

Okay, let me show my age. I just don't understand Tats. I've never seen a tat on a woman or man that made them more attractive. I don't like them! (Three of my four kids have tats.) The lighting and composition here are excellent. And since the subject is "Tats" I have to say this is very good. WTG Sharon!
