When I'm lying in bed with my head against a pillow, reading my favorite magazine, I find I can truly experience the "calmness" we are talking about in this challenge. This high-key image was easy to create and I especially like myself in the pose. Thanks for your thoughtful comment, Nico.

Peaceful... quiet... relaxed... a nice feeling to this one, shu. It would also have worked well in the recent creative self-portraits challenge, methinks. What were you "dreaming" about? :-) Thanks for the time and trouble that obviously went into creating this image. Regards Nico
