Sometimes (as in this instance) I am not too sure that the title really counts as being a well known expression or saying, but then again... how would I know what people in Istanbul say or don't say! :-)
One might also have entitled this very cute photograph with something like, "Please do hold the line... your call is very important to us!" :-)
