A Tip of the Pops' fedora for your hard work and fabulous accomplishment. 5 years ago Mrs. Pops did a similar feat and lost 33% of her body weight. I understand what you went through.
I am LOL as you took this picture in the kitchen which is just a bit ironic and right in line with my sense of humor.
