To continue my cherry theme, here's my Perfect Manhattan. 2 1/2 oz Maker's Mark bourbon, 1/2 oz dry vermouth, 1/2 oz kirchwasser (some kind of very dry cherry mixer), 1/2 oz creme de cassis, 1/2 oz triple sec, dash of bitters, twist of orange peel, and, of course, a maraschino cherry. I drank it as soon as I'd finished taking pictures, and before processing them, so that accounts for any flaws in the processing!
