Another fascinating entry of yours, Brent. This one and "Red Passage" could be the start of a big enough series for a whole book on Red Rooms. I do absolutely agree, though, with Michael and Lydia on the "leading lines"; if the image were mine, I'd try to offset that effect by trying to increase the color-tone difference somewhat between the shoe and the room. -- db.

Thanks all :-) Well considering the leading lines maybe I should title this "The Escape from Red" ;-) This is pretty much all that was in the room by one artist Penny. It was interesting to see people's reactions when they stepped inside.

I guess the whole gallery is red? was it just one artist? Penny STreet

Freaky weird. But, cool.

I agree about the leading lines to the door... It does draw the eye... ~Lydia

This is surreal and completely captivates my imagination. I appreciate that you've included people in the gallery which makes it even more surreal for me. There are a number of leading lines in this image which unfortunately lead my eye directly to that dark exit door...it would have been lovely if the gallery wall had been solid without an exit. -Michael
