Thank you, Nico.

Pops and I were among a group of photographers who met in Atlanta for the afternoon. ~Lydia

What an interesting and thought-provoking analysis by tv! Wow!

Just to add my compliments to the artist! Or should I say "artists"? I am not too sure exactly what "with Pops" might imply, you see! :-)

Well done, Lydia. Regards Nico

Thanks, folks.

LOL @ Bob! You do! :)

Penny, it really was that color. I guess it's a different paint than the window red and has faded differently over time. ~Lydia

Penny it is to provide a 'girly' touch so the blue boyee stuff did not take over??? ;-)

I cannot believe that I wrote that stupid stuff.... I sound like someone in another forum???? ... lol... But then!... I did fall on my head!

I like this Lydia, and I think Tommy is right about the frame providing a sort of 'balance'!

Good (and surprising last minute) take on the topic Lydia (even with Pops' coaching?). I think your eye is at work here and does a nice job of interpreting an abstract concept of seemingly difficult balance as shown here between the blue area and the patterned area. Well framed to tat purpose but the border becomes an essential element that ties it all together (artificially, perhaps) especially due to your choice of border color. Without it there would be a very different and unstable, tense experience. -tv
