Svalbard - Spitsbergen

An Archipelago of islands located between Norway and Iceland, they are covered with mountains and glaciers. Being so very far north, their Arctic night starts end of October and ends late February; conversely, their 24-days of sun start late April and end late August. Most famous of their wildlife are polar bears and walrus.
