Wonderful characterization of this very special place, Carole. I missed this fellow altogether and concentrated on the cluttered atmosphere inside the historic shop (http://www.pbase.com/pnd1/image/97671833 ) This does a good job of relating the building's signage (in soft focus) to its heritage.
