Mara, Limpopo 1922-1929 and Townland, Zimbabwe 1930-1935
These photos were mostly taken by Dads 'Uncle Bob' Goldthorp (Robert Heward Goldthorp, of Priestley Green), and some by Hilda Goldthorp his sister, who nursed in SA in part of the same time window. Mostly in good condition as they are in their original album. My grandparents Lawrence (Bobs younger brother) and Edna had alot of negatives in an old case, many of which are affected by mildew. I now have a scanner...........and I think I need to spend time photoshopping them with greater patience...........All negatives now scanned - any photos which look better I'll scan and replace. I'll be processing when I can and will upload replacements in due course!
