Hi Patrick, Very nice to hear from you! Canon 24-70L and Canon 70-300DO (diffractive optics) as the 'travel lens' but not really any good for birds - I will get the 400L f/5.6 and a 1.4x teleextender. Use a higher ISO 400 or so and keep the speed up >=1000 should be OK hand held :-)
Clicking on full exif gives alot of the captured technical stuff (you can also see where I forgot to switch back from the high iso setting of 3200 from the prev night!
