Hi Dale, I did purchase it already. Just moved here this week. The old car is now gone. Yes, the outside will need a ton of work. So will the inside although that's not as apparent in the photos. The property itself is very nice, but there are some fallen buildings to clean up, etc.. In other words -- lots of work ahead! That's okay as I was looking for a project and this is certainly going to be one! (-:

This is a nice old building; I like old houses like this one. I've probably seen it as we've gone by on the 201. The inside looks good, the outside needs work, (get rid of the car). Are you planning to purchase it?
