St Anthony's Head and Place

a highly recommended circular walk, maybe using the ferry from St Mawes to Place to avoid long drive on narrow lanes and get microcosmic experience of the water. The church at Place ( http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-62967-church-of-saint-anthony-gerrans- ,NB it is at Place, not Gerrans! is well worth going into and an intrinsically sacred place; now looked after by The Churches Conservation Trust and not a parish church in use
