a moated house originating just before 1600 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-285967-playford-hall-and-attached-revetments-ar and also associated with Thomas Clarkson, a prominent anti-slavery activist. We seem to have missed the chance to buy it and may have been £3M short anyway
