over the Straits of Jura

again from Barr Mor on Taynish peninsula, over the Tayvallich peninsula and probably Carsaig Island towards Jura (left) and Scarba (right) in the distance with the small island and lighthouse of Ruadh Sgeir in mid-channel. Looks like beautiful country to explore - perhaps only in the warmer months.

I've heard of these straits but never seen a picture of them. Now I know what they look like! Lovely capture, and I love those few dwellings in the foreground in particular.
