a stye with a view

the piggery on Taynish peninsula - the 'big house' and its owners over last 200 years seem to have been a creeping disaster, but most of the peninsula is now owned and run by the Scottish Nature Trust.
The glory of the estate is this set of piggeries; the water channel at the centre ran direct from the kitchen where the swill for the pigs could be dropped into a hole. Unfortunately the piggies never saw the view, got eat and are very much not there
