not quite clear whether the water is remains of flooding or a lake with the plug missing....nor whether the NT is deliberately obstructing photography or the place just happens to have huge polythene covers, lots of scaffolding and railings and the odd strategically placed portaloo, but nothing a pbaser can't cope with
