A magnificent stretch of coastline to be walked in sections. Some excellent beaches for swimming, caution necessary on many , eg easy to get marooned by tide at Kenneggy (rope exit) and east end of Porthcurnow (steep climb out). Extreme caution on beaches with shingle margin (including Perranuthnow at high tide) as they shelve steeply and fill your trunks with ballast!

Even when you can't swim, there are delights in watching the water and the gallery shows a few rough day features. There is a small Gannet colony to be observed from Logan rock.

Sorry only distant views of Lands end as it is a commercialised tip and skipping Lamorna & Mousehole as they are also too crowded for my taste.
