Handmade Parade

Hillsborough's Second Annual Handmade Parade celebrated the Eno River and it's creatures. Parade featured giant, multi-person puppets from Paperhand Puppet Intervention ( http://www.paperhand.org/ ), stilt-walkers, free-style drum circles, and handmade costumes....among other things.

Angela these are great! You and Mike do a great job on exciting images with great crops.
We're not familiar with this event? Do you guys have any background on the event? It looks like a great blend of several festivals. My grandfather lived in New Orleans and I've visited exciting Brazil - yet these masks and hand made creations have their own look and feel. This would be an event worth seeing next year, if you guys have any information...
