Take a composite layer and desaturate:-
[Image]-[Adjustments]-[Desaturate].
Then you do a higher contrast:-
[Image]-[Adjustments]-[Brightness and Contrast]. Move the sliders until you get the balance similar to above. (I can't remember what settings I used).
