[Select] [Color Range] Use eye-dropper tool to pick up the blue from the sky, tolerance level about 32 should do it. Don't worry if it isn't too crisp as we are not using it "normal".
Once you've selected [Delete].
[Copy] and [Paste] into your image. Set mode to multiply.
