Created new file filled with radial gradient. Duplicated that and reduced size and made that a pattern. Filled new layer above original with that pattern then blended via layer style. copy merged that and distorted copy and blended back with first two layers, changing blend mode for layer two.
Repeated that step. Made new layer, replacing each color layer with one of the variants. Moved last variant to top and blended with that layer. Copy merged and applied Plastic Wrap filter to that, fading that with opacity change and overlay mode.

Not much as an abstract but would make good texture background.
