I am sorry for your loss which was so recent. This is an amazing piece. It's as if you are looking into the future and know what's coming. The cat has such an intense look, I always wonder what their powers are. I especially like the background you used and how it blends into the faces. I am looking at a wooden wall with images ghosted on it . A very wonderful image--skunk

Wouldn't change a thing shu, awesome work, all elements and symbolism emerge from that place of connection, your heart, senses and minds eye.

Love the work.. but, I'd consider moving the flower since it transcends the appearance of smelling the flower it's more along the lines of having the bloom stuffed up his nose. The hooded face has way more meaning when reflecting on your comment of your boy's passing. Memories are with us forever.

I can't say enough about the emotional impact of this piece. Every element deserves attention, yet the whole of it is integrated beautifully. Composition--perfect circular; palette--perfect gray scale; content--profound.

The feeling is of apprehension and lonliness - Simpson looks like he is really in the moment as his eyes are the only ones looking straight at me.
