The Guardians

A complex piece, using both graffitis,set onto a filtered image of the Tower Of Babel by Anthyonisz, mosaic filter,darkened, and the statues, extracted. Frame made from original background and stylized. Made a platform for the guardians' feet.

It's interesting how the background diminishes the massiveness of the statues. The one in the middle almost looks like a real person posing inside of the uniform. Your image inspires me to do one with the statues. Maybe put a butterfly pattern on their uniforms. he he!--skunk

interesting....the statues don't look quite as tall as in the square. they also look a little more "user friendly." LOL admirable piece, almita!
