Combined the grafitti with the Colorado view, using Linear Light blending mode, and masking. Added a flower from an earlier challenge, twirled and blurred with a large amount of motion blur, which gave a misty area in the center. Created the flying saucer from the manhole and part of the top of the fire hydrant.
