As always, expressive, poignant, and beautifully rendered. You are our voice of conscience, Laurie. And I love this kind of composite, with visible layers; requires a special skill and vision.

This cries out to me of all the young people whose dreams are destroyed, whether by violence or for some other reason. What a powerful image you have created! --Melody

I'd like to take this and plaster it on all the windows of the abandoned schools we are getting up here as we downsize. No mone is the problem. The moon and beyond?,-- not this year. Just a great image.--skunk

Great! Keeps one fantasizing! What I like best is the great mix of color and texture. It has such eye appeal, IMO. shu

For clarification - the holes in the school bus windows are bullet holes - I live in New Orleans where there are nightly shootings, mostly teenagers. Dreams gone up in smoke.
and getting more elusive by the day.

I remember those daze when they raced us into space...now shot with holes and bared up in some bygone era! Dreams for many left to decompose so pointblank and graphic this message is. Well~
oil wars are so much more important than endeavorers of discovery and Exploration, NOT! Great work Laurie and way to make a visual treatment of symbolism.

Oh dear, looks like a nightmare of a crash. Love the beautiful detail and blending of images. The titles, which I am sure you have included for a good reason, went over my head tho. But I love the visuals ! ~ Fay
