Under the auspices of the Goulburn Mulwaree Council and the Goulburn Regional Art Gallery, local young people were given the opportunity to decorate the walls of a city lane.

Goulburn and the young people who are participating are fortunate to have renown Aboriginal artist Jason Wing not only participating but imparting his knowledge of colours, composition, draftsmanship and application of paints.
