Using an f2.8 drop in aperture and setting the focus point on the basket handle, the fruit in the basket all remains out of focus.
This lense and its associated goodies provides hours of fun and requires manual input from the photographer as there is no electronic communication between the lens and the camera body. Even the selected aperture must be manually inserted into the lens. In the case of the Composer, apertures from f2.8 to f16 are provided, together with a magnetic removal tool for use when an aperture change is required, a decision made by the photographer, not the camera's electronics.
Note that the exif data indicates an aperture of f1. This is incorrect. The inserted aperture ring was f2.8. The inconsistency is on account of the camera having no electronic connection to the Lensbaby Composer.
