These were very limited box sets that included the 'Wish' album on CD and cassette, along with a VHS copy of the Wish EPK (Electronic Press Kit). Here's more info on it from The Cure On Record book:

"The Wish promo box set was specially produced for promotional use only. It was distributed in small numbers in the UK. Some were also sent to France for distribution. Each of these were personalized with the printed name of the person to whom they were distributed."

This box set has the name Tony Wilson on it. Presumably, that's the same Tony Wilson of Factory Records and Hacienda fame.
