Kim with Robert in Tampa (July 26th, 2004)

I just wanted to send this picture to you.My boyfriend and I were the winners of the charity auction from eBay for Amnesty International. Not only did the money go to a great cause, but it was one of the best memories I'll ever have. The following is a post I made on www.thecure.com in thanks to Amnesty and to The Cure. I'm telling you first hand, if anyone can take advantage of this experience, they truely should. Amnesty and The Cure live up to their words.

I just want to say that The Cure did a good thing in teaming up with Amnesty, what an amazing group of people and what an honest cause. I also forgot (okay well I didn't forget, I just got REALLY nervous) to let Robert Smith know that Rory from Amnesty International sends her thanks and gratitude. I was told that The Cure has been so giving to their fans and their generosity far exceeds anyone else Rory has had the pleasure of working with and she was right and I am so happy I got to
witness first-hand how wonderful The Cure is.You are welcome Amnesty for the donation and thank you to both Amnesty and The Cure for allowing us backstage and making a girls dream come true.

Always,
Kim and Austin
