The many moods of the barn

This started out as...well, nothing. I just realized that I had accumulated a few pictures of the barn across the field behind our house and decided I would lump these shots together so as not to clutter up the gallery. It is only in looking back that I realize it is kind of neat to see the light and weather that make the same subject look different from day to day.
 
It's not an intentional project but perhaps it is timely; this may be the last year that we see crops coming up before the developers move in. So maybe I will be a little more conscious in my chronicling. Then I will have something to look back on, when this beautiful view is gone.

Ha. Good question. I think they did go ahead and plant this year and it will be corn. Next year it will be houses, sadly.
