Didn't really get my act together during the daylight, so we're all stuck with shots like this.
Add lemon juice, garlic, salt, balsamic vineagar, pepper -- oh, and olive oil.
Made a much better salad than a picture.

P.S. Shoot, Laine!! I did mean to put basil in. I didn't have any fresh, but I was going to toss in a little dried.
