Going, going, gone
Day 251

Played with the camera's sepia setting today; I kind of like the way it looked in the fog.
(Anything for a change.)
It was incredibly foggy all day until about 5 o'clock then it was like a giant fog vacuum came out, and it was all gone...

Views from earlier in the season:

That looks so much like where I lived near Lake Michigan... the dankness of it and the drops of water on the trees and the foggy breath of winter clinging to everything.

Wow, this is so clear in a foggy sort of way. Wonderful detail against the mutedness of the surroundings. Our fog has persisted -- we had no 5pm fog vacuum.

Kind of eerie looking with the sepia tones. Makes for a moody scene. Kind of like how I feel around this time of year.

Sepia is great... you use it very well, I think i've liked all of your sepia shots - especially your SP's. NIcely done.. love the tree.. looks glooooooomy. I was just thinking .. that might be a great idea.. to post some color shots from earlier in the year.. I get soooooooooooo tired of the drear in my town. I even got some outside shots but.. BLAHHHHHHhh
