I was reading a book last night where the character made a press pot of coffee,
and it sounded really good. It also dawned on me that I have a press pot, that I haven't used in ages.

So I made a mental note to pull out ye olde press pot, and fire it up again.

The coffee was pretty good. Perhaps limited by the roast - just Starbucks something-or-other, and perhaps the grind.
It was a bit sharp, but (wonderfully) just how I like it - very strong.

VERY strong. It's 2 a.m. as I'm posting this, and I'm looking for a project to start on... 8-o

I'm not sure if I like the composition on this, but I'm not making another pot
to try again - at least until tomorrow.

Well, technically later today, now.

You know... Funny thing about "today" and "tomorrow" - I've never really considered it tomorrow
until I've fallen asleep and woken up again. I mean, it's 11/23, but for me it's still part
of 11/22, therefore it's still Today. By my over-caffeinated reckoning. :-)
