Garfield Park Conservatory

Located 10 miles west of downtown Chicago. Definitely a tropical oasis when visited in winter.
Pictures taken with a borrowed Canon G5 digital camera, mostly shot while learning the manual settings. It was a little disconcerting not to have my F717, but it was a good experience.

So where is the cat??? --- I like this gallery much, I must visit there someday.

A very nice display of colour & lush growth...but where's the cat.!! LOL !
