Here's a great bird that you can find in South Texas and that is the Green Jay. I photographed this one while on a birding tour with Greg Lavaty back a couple of years ago. Greg offers great affordable trips that are well planned. He will show you so many cool birds that you didn't know existed. At least, that is what he did for our group.
