Aegithina tiphia multicolor - Southwest-India and Sri Lanka;
Aegithina tiphia deignani - South- and East-India, North- and Central-Myanmar;
Aegithina tiphia humei - Central-Peninsular India;
Aegithina tiphia tiphia - North-India to West-Myanmar;
Aegithina tiphia septentrionalis - Northwest-Himalayas;
Aegithina tiphia philipi - Southcentral-China, East-Myanmar, North-Thailand and North- and Central-Indochina;
Aegithina tiphia cambodiana - Southeast-Thailand, Cambodia and South-Vietnam;
Aegithina tiphia horizoptera - Southeast-Myanmar, Southwest-Thailand, Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Nias, Riau, Lingga and Bangka Islands;
Aegithina tiphia scapularis - Java and Bali;
Aegithina tiphia viridis - Borneo (except northeast);
Aegithina tiphia aequanimis - Sabah (Northeast-Borneo) and satellites, Palawan Group (Southwest-Philippines).
