Another year and another visit to Ft.Morgan for our summer vacation. While the kids and wife enjoyed the beach, I roamed the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge. Unlike last year that was plagued by a drought, the Mobile Bay and bordering lagoons were full. There was a population increase in Night Herons and Green Back Herons while Great Blue Herons and Egrets still populated the area. The Osprey were still present working the bay and the alligators that frequent the lagoons have grown in size and number.
