Found some time to visit Fort Morgan in November. Only had a few days to travel and the weather was perfect. Slight chill in the air but a clear sunny sky. The only issue, pelicans and gulls seemed to be the only thing flying. Sunsets were great and I had clear skies for night shots, but the big birds stayed scarce. I did see one Bald Eagle and an immature, but they kept their distance. I did walk away with a few "keepers" but the experience of getting away was the important thing.
