Camping trip, mainly to watch turtles laying eggs on the beaches, and see the hatchlings running down to the sea. A long drive from Abu Dhabi. We stayed in a small country hotel on the way down, camped at the beach, and stayed at a big hotel in Muscat the next night. I still wasn't taking many pictures at that time - hopefully I'll do a better job on future trips.
