This wouldn't be annoying if it didn't happen
every single year. When it starts to get hot
out here (which it has done recently) everyone
uses their A/C more, and those things drip water.
Somewhere in our ceiling is a drip-catching tray and
a drain, which gets blocked, so the tray overflows.

There is a choice of "quick" fixes, or "permanent"
fixes, so guess which one the landlord always picks?
