I believe this was taken in london, from the bottom of the tower, built to commemorate the Great Fire of London in 1666.

A wonderfully captivating image, Sean -- it sucks you right into it with its rhythmic repetition and powerful use of thrusting diagonals. Since its color is not the point, you have simplified it further by making it almost monochromatic in nature. (On the other hand, when I made a picture of a similar subject in Austria last spring, color played a very important role -- see:http://www.pbase.com/image/20828398) Phil
