Hi there It is Michael from Albany, I will also call you just in case you dont see this note. 10:00 is going work great for us. I have been studying the photograhs. Does the anchor hoist(windless) work and is their an anchor with the boat.. It looks like a recent survey was done in 2005 . I cannot read it . Was there any thing that stood out or was of concern to the surveyor.. Thanks Michael
